GetPlateOnline is an independent online assistance/service platform. We are not a government website, RTO, or official HSRP portal.
Information we collect
We collect information submitted by users for booking and support purposes, including name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, fitment or delivery address, appointment details, and payment reference or transaction ID.
How we use the data
We use this data to create booking requests, coordinate fitment or home installation, review payment references, contact users about order updates, respond to support requests, detect duplicate or failed payments, and maintain basic records for service and compliance purposes.
Payment data handling
We do not ask for or store card numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords, net-banking credentials, OTPs, or full bank account credentials. Users only submit a UPI reference, transaction ID, payer UPI ID if they choose, and optional payment screenshot for manual review.
Data retention
Booking and support records are retained only as long as needed for processing, customer support, dispute handling, legal compliance, and internal record keeping. We periodically review records that are no longer required.
Deletion or correction requests
Users may request correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for payment review, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or fraud prevention.
Sharing with service partners
We share information with fitment centers, installation partners, support providers, or payment review staff only when required to process a booking, provide support, verify details, or handle a dispute. We do not sell personal information.
