GetPlateOnline is an independent online assistance/service platform. We are not a government website, RTO, or official HSRP portal.
Independent service platform
GetPlateOnline provides online assistance for booking requests, fitment coordination, payment reference review, and support. We do not use government logos and do not claim affiliation with any government department, RTO, transport authority, or official HSRP portal.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for entering correct vehicle, owner, contact, address, appointment, and payment reference details. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing, verification, fitment, or support resolution.
Payment and service charges
Payment is accepted only through UPI QR. Prices are shown before payment. A Front + Rear plate selection is charged as two plates. Sticker, home installation, service or assistance charges, convenience fee, and GST are displayed separately in the booking summary when applicable.
Verification and processing
Vehicle details and UPI references are reviewed before final processing. Submission of payment details does not mean payment has been verified or that a booking has been confirmed.
Cancellation and reschedule terms
Rescheduling is allowed only after payment verification and before the order is cancelled or fitted. Cancellation requests are reviewed manually. Refund eligibility depends on whether service processing has already started.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetPlateOnline is not liable for bank/UPI delays, user-entered incorrect details, third-party service delays, transport authority actions, or indirect losses arising from use of this website.
This website should not be advertised as an official government service. Any public ad copy must clearly identify GetPlateOnline as an independent service and must not imply government authorization unless such authorization has been obtained and documented.
