Refund Policy

This service uses UPI QR payment. Payment status is reviewed from the submitted UPI reference. A submitted reference does not confirm payment until it is checked and marked verified.
Refund review timeline
Refund requests, when applicable, are reviewed within 3-7 working days after we receive the booking ID, payment transaction ID, and request details.
When refunds may apply
Refunds are applicable only when the service has not been processed or initiated. No refund is available after booking/order processing, fitment coordination, plate request processing, or service work has started.
Failed or duplicate payments
Failed, deducted, or duplicate UPI transactions may be handled by the user's bank or UPI provider according to their timelines. If a duplicate payment is visible to us, we will manually review it and guide the user on next steps.
How to request support

Refunds, if applicable, are manually reviewed by the support team. There is no automatic refund system.
